j2a Architects  created this 100,000 sq ft facility on an abandoned warehouse site.  The site was repurposed from industrial to educational. The completed campus house two different schools.

The project incorporated industrial waste cleanup, storm water management and on site delivery and pick up. This building is two schools, east and west wings, that are both served by a common core element that provides admin functions, cafeteria food service, medial center, science labs and a gymnasium.
